I have a great staff ~ most have been with me for at least five years. Together we prepare the meals to taste like home cooking. My staff enjoys their work and they do it well. We enjoy serving the elderly, especially when many residents compliment the homemade taste. I am proud to say I work at Meadows Manor North.”

“The last twelve years have been so wonderful ~ residents wait for us to come in every morning and anticipate the activities for the day. They are always ready to give us hugs and share with us. They are truly giving people. We have a very homelike atmosphere here. The residents may not always know our names, but they recognize our face and know we do the activities here.
In Activities, there is never a day the same as any other and we are, without a doubt, here for the residents. They don’t care where you came from, how rich or poor you are, or your religion. They just want you to show up with a smile on your face and ready to give them the time of day.
The residents love pet visits and the school children that come to visit from our local schools. “Friends for Life” come once a month during the school year. To me it’s a lot like HEAVEN, because we are all equal and we all just have fun.”
